Directions to Des Moines office:  From I-5 South, take Kent Des Moines exit and go west.  Follow Kent Des Moines Road west down the hill toward the water.  Turn right onto Marine View Dr.  Turn right again at S. 220th and park in the back of the Des Moines Medical Plaza.  My office is on the 2nd floor in the Healing Arts Center. 

Directions to the Puyallup office:  From 167 south, take Hy 161 exit toward Puyallup.  Exit at the Meridian St. exit (by the Puyallup Fair Grounds).  Turn right onto Meridian and go 2 blocks to the light at 9th Ave.  Turn left and go alongside the fairgrounds.  Continue straight until you reach 11th St. S.W.  Turn right.  The office is the first building on the left, with a red door and 804 on the doorpost.  You may park on the street or in the church parking lot.  Please enter and be seated in the waiting area.
